Firm History

Minnick Hayner was originally established in 1891 by Miles Poindexter. Since that time, Minnick Hayner has remained in continuous operation under the leadership of a number of different principals. In 1949. H.H. Hayner, affectionately known as “Dutch”, joined with partners Glenn Bean and W.L. “Shine” Minnick. Dutch and Shine left their mark on the Walla Walla community, and their namesake, the firm of Minnick Hayner, remains today. A number of Minnick Hayner attorneys have been elected to the Walla Walla County Judiciary, including Miles Poindexter, Cary M. Radar, Elihu Baker, John C. Tuttle, Robert L. Zagelow and M. Scott Wolfram.
