Shelby Stevens

Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Shelby earned her undergraduate degree in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies and Spanish from Grand Canyon University before relocating to the Pacific Northwest for law school. Shelby earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, counseling clients on trademark matters, drafting trademark applications, and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She also externed with the Honorable Julie McKay at the Spokane County Superior Court.

Shelby Stevens focuses her practice on residential real estate matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, ejectments, foreclosures, and drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements. Her practice also encompasses estate planning, business entity formation and compliance, as well as intellectual property. Shelby is committed to providing practical, solutions-oriented counsel tailored to her clients’ needs. She has completed Title 11 court visitor training, further expanding her ability to serve in guardianship and related proceedings.

When not practicing law, Shelby is probably getting overly invested in a book, doing CrossFit, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, or dissecting the latest gymnastics Code of Points.
