Jim Hayner has 40 years of experience in the firm’s business, real estate, estate planning and probate group. Jim has drafted hundreds of business agreements involving issues ranging from small owner operated businesses to large commercial transactions.

Jim is also a schooled real estate attorney and regularly counsels clients with complex business and estate planning issues. Jim is listed inThe Best Lawyers in America “Washington Super Lawyers”. Jim is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
