Brian Andrews focuses his practice on residential and commercial property management issues. He previously founded and ran Blue Mountain Law, a successful landlord firm in Walla Walla, before transitioning to Minnick Hayner to leverage the firm’s long tradition of excellence and broad legal expertise to better serve his clients. As a former business owner himself, Brian understands the challenges facing entrepreneurs and property managers navigating Washington’s complex regulatory environment. Together with the Minnick-Hayner team, he builds long-term relationships with clients through training and collaborative problem-solving, while aggressively resolving disputes that end up in court.

Brian moved his family to Walla Walla from the Midwest in 2015 to practice law in the Pacific Northwest. He is a self-starter with a knack for people, a love for the law, and a deep dedication to helping others. When he is not helping Washington landlords, he enjoys making music, learning languages, and spending time with his family, his friends, and his church community in beautiful Walla Walla.
